I'm in agreement with Toni, I've ended up here in desperation after being everywhere looking and trying and testing to no avail.
I don't even want to sync my contacts, just IP connectivity without needing to buy some obscure card that may work, perhaps.
For info, I'm trying to get an Ipaq 3765 flashed with Familiar/Opie1.2 to connect to a Hardy Heron 8.04 Ubuntu PC using a USB connection.
I'll now trawl thru the "new" documentation on the wiki again, knowing that its the latest.

Thanks

The wiki at http://www.synce.org/moin/ is nearly brand-new now and is much better than the old docs, which is what I was referring to in this post -- note the date: some time ago.

Czech out the new site: http://www.synce.org/moin/

Hello!
Is there a good alternative documentation to synce.org?
Where can we find it?

Greeting

I found your site after vainly trying to connect my HTC Prophet to my computer (Ubuntu Gutsy). Just when i was about to start compiling stuff, i read that you dont think that the docs are "good" correct me if I`m wrong. Can you give me a hint how to connect to my phone the easy way?
